Do I need to change my Practice Management Software to work with you?

No. We work directly inside your existing system -whether it's Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Curve, or something else. We fit into your workflow, not the other way around.

Do you handle deposits or patient payments?

Never. All payments go directly to your practice. We don't collect money or make deposits. Our focus is on accurate claim handling.

What do your services cost?

Every practice is different, so we offer customized pricing based on services needed. Our fees are often less than the cost of a full-time employee - and our collections typically outperform most in-house setups.

Can you help clean up our outstanding insurance A/R?

Absolutely. Messy ledgers, confusing balances and old claims. Our A/R cleanup team has a process to get you back on track, with systems your team can sustain.

Do you handle denials and appeals?

Yes we do. We investigate the cause and submit strong appeals with supporting documentation.

Will you replace our in-house billing staff?

Only if you want us to. Many of our clients keep their internal team and use us to strengthen their systems, handle A/R, or manage claims overflow. We're happy to be your full solution - or your safety net.

Can you work with out-of-network or fee-for-service offices?

Yes! If you're submitting claims on behalf of patient's we can help - even if you're out-of-network.

What do we need to get started?

Access to your practice management software. We'll take care of the rest, including onboarding, cleanup (if needed), and reporting.
